Ring Sizing
X.O Fine Jewellery uses local goldsmiths who can size in gold, platinum, palladium or silver. Did you know there are 1/4 sizes in the sizing range for that perfect fit? Our jewellers can sit down with you to size your finger so your ring will fit comfortably.
Claw Repair
The more jewellery is worn, the more the claws holding your stones can become loose over time. It is highly recommended to get your jewellery regularly checked for loose claws or stones, so you do not lose the precious gems or diamonds that highlight your piece.
Reset & Supply Diamonds
Most jewellery pieces are made by artisans who take the time to handset your diamonds or gemstones; unfortunately, over time these will get loose with natural wear and tear, and potentially get lost. If this happens, we can match your pre-existing diamonds or gemstones and restore your piece to its former brilliance.
Pearl Restringing
Pearl jewellery is a timeless classic, and if looked after can be handed down from generation to generation. We restring necklaces and bracelets, both knotted and un-knotted using silk thread. We can also redesign pieces if desired.
Jewellery Inspection & Cleaning
Having that special piece of jewellery polished feels like you're getting a brand-new piece. Let our goldsmiths clean, polish, tighten or reset your favourite piece to bring it back to life. We recommend having your jewellery inspected and professionally cleaned at lease once per year.

How long does it take to get custom designed jewellery manufactured? And how long do jewellery repairs take?
Our custom jewellery typically takes 2-6 weeks to be created and delivered to you, and our jewellery repairs typically take 3-7 days for our goldsmiths to fix; the duration on these services may vary depending on the ease or complexity of each custom design or jewellery repair.
How much do jewellery repairs cost?
Jewellery repairs vary in cost since each repair and each jewellery item is different. When you drop off or send in an item for repair, our gemologists will inspect your item and inform you of the approximate cost of the repair. After doing so, our gemologist will pass the item(s) along to our goldsmiths, who will determine the actual cost of the repair. Most customers trust the gemologist's estimated cost and do not need us to touch base with them once the goldsmith determines the actual cost, however if you prefer, we can have our goldsmiths wait to do any work until we inform you of the actual total cost of the repair.
Do you appraise jewellery? How much does that cost?
With our sister store International Gemological Laboratories (IGL) under the same roof, we do offer jewellery appraisals at our establishment. To book an appraisal, please call 403-264-8526. IGL appraisal prices are as follows: ATTN BU: bold for emphasis only.

$65 if bringing in 10 or more jewellery items
You will receive both electronic and professional printed copies of the appraisal, making it easy for you to file the hard copy at home and submit the electronic copy to your insurance company or to whomever you may be selling your jewellery.
