By hiring Filter Flipper to install filters in your furnace or HVAC system, you acknowledge and agree that Filter Flipper shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the installation, use, or lack of maintenance of any filters or related products sold or installed by Filter Flipper.

You understand and acknowledge that it is solely your responsibility to properly maintain and clean your furnace or HVAC system and to use the filters installed by Filter Flipper in accordance with any instructions provided by Filter Flipper or the manufacturer of the filters. Filter Flipper is not responsible for any damages caused by improper use of filters, or any lack of maintenance or cleaning of your furnace or HVAC system.

Filter Flipper will not enter a home unless someone is present, preferably of legal age, to allow access to the furnace or HVAC system. You acknowledge and agree that Filter Flipper is not responsible for any delays or rescheduling that may occur if no one is present at the time of the scheduled installation.

If you are not present at the time of the filter installation, you acknowledge that Filter Flipper will leave the filters at the front door or other location specified by you. You agree that Filter Flipper is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged filters that may occur after delivery.

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold Filter Flipper harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from the installation, use, or lack of maintenance of filters or related products sold or installed by Filter Flipper, including but not limited to any damage to your furnace or HVAC system, or any injuries or harm caused to persons or property.

This disclaimer of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any portion of this disclaimer of liability is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
