The Company was founded by Jake Hergenhein, a born and raised Calgarian. Jake is a journeyman gas fitter who has been working for a reputable utility company in Calgary for the past nine years. A regular part of his job includes servicing, repairing or diagnosing furnaces in residential homes.
The desire to build Filter Flipper came from the countless damaged or inoperable furnaces Jake encountered due to a lack of preventable furnace filter maintenance. Jake believes he can help people prevent these preventable issues by taking on the responsibility of changing the furnace filter for customers.
