What is LATISSE®?

LATISSE® eyelash treatments are the first and only Health Canada approved prescription lash treatments to help you grow fuller, longer, and darker lashes. How Does LATISSE® Work?

LATISSE® is a once nightly, prescription topical application applied to the base of your upper eyelashes. Its active ingredient, bimatoprost, extends the growth phase of your eyelash hair growth cycle while also increasing the number of lashes you grow. When you try LATISSE® in Calgary, you can expect noticeably fuller, longer, and darker lashes over time.

What to Expect with LATISSE®?

With LATISSE®, you’ll likely see results in as little as 4-8 weeks, with full results at 16 weeks. You’ll notice your lashes growing fuller, longer, and darker. If you stop using the product, your lashes will gradually return to their original state.

How Do I Get LATISSE®?

Because LATISSE® is a prescription product, it is only available through an authorized clinic. We can fill your prescription right here in our office, so you can leave with your LATISSE® as soon as you decide you would like to give it a try.

Are There Any Side Effects?

The most common side effects include mild itching or redness, experienced by about 4% of patients. These effects were generally mild and did not cause patients to stop treatment. Less common effects may include temporary darkening of the eyelid skin, eye redness, or dry eyes (that often reverses once stopped).
