A/D Cementitious Thermal Barrier (7TB) is a single component, factory blended and fire-resistive cementitious coating. It is specifically formulated to protect foamed plastic insulation from fire in accordance with the requirements in Canadian Building Codes.

A.D Type 5GP™ is intended for the fire protection of interior structural columns, beams, joists, decks, walls, roofs, girders, floors and precast concrete units. It is tested and certified for fire resistance ratings up to 4 hours.

A/D FIREFILM® III is a decorative, fibre-free, thin film intumescent coating applied like paint on the walls of the building. The intumescent paint is designed for the fire protection of steelwork, for a rating up to 3 hours. The recommended use for this product is fireproofing of interior exposed steel beams, columns, tubes, and pipes.

A few available options include: - Sopraseal WFM - Through Wall Flashing (TWF) Sopraseal WFM Excellent for waterproofing, Sopraseal WFM is primarily used as a vapour and air barrier to waterproof buildings. It is used as a through-wall membrane and transition membrane. The membrane is made of SBS modified bitumen and a tri-laminated woven polyethylene facer.
