MACMINN CONTRACTING
My fascination with transforming homes from outdated to extraordinary took root in my childhood. Growing up in Victoria, I learned to appreciate the various architectural styles found throughout the city; from Samuel Maclure masterpieces, to James Bay cottages and humble sea-side bungalows.
​Years later, I relocated to Toronto, one of the most diverse and competitive residential building markets in Canada. I started Redux Renovations, a design/build company providing full house renovations, additions, and custom home builds. Redux enjoyed 17 successful years, during which we received several “Home of the Week” awards by the Toronto Star and were featured in the Homes section of the paper.
​I returned to Victoria in 2018 and rebranded my company as MACMINN CONTRACTING. Since then, we have completed numerous projects including a total renovation/restoration of a 1911 heritage house in Fairfield for which we received four Gold and four Silver CARE Awards from the Victoria Residential Builders Association.
