Delivery Options
Automatic:
a. Your propane delivery schedule is based on anticipated or historical consumption patterns.
b. To ensure uninterrupted propane supply customers must notify their regional Moore Propane office if additional propane appliances have been installed or if propane consumption is likely to change due to changes in lifestyle, productivity or extended business hours.
c. Failure to notify us of these changes may result in propane supply interruption prior to regularly scheduled delivery.
d. Moore Propane Ltd. does not take any responsibility for damage done to property or persons if propane supply is interrupted for any reason including, but not limited to, regulator freeze up, running out of propane or missed deliveries on Moore Propane's part.
Will Call:
a. We require at least five (5) to seven (7) business days notice for delivery. You will be put on the next delivery scheduled for your area.
b. If you require delivery before the next scheduled day in your area there will be a MINIMUM $350.00 delivery charge.
c. Minimum delivery of propane is $300.00.
d. Moore Propane Ltd. does not take any responsibility for damage done to property or persons if propane supply is interrupted for any reason including, but not limited to, regulator freeze up, running out of propane or missed deliveries on Moore Propane's part.

Payment Options

EPP: If you would like the convenience of knowing exactly how much your payments will be each month, you can budget using our Equal PRO-Monthly Payment Plan. You can amortize your yearly bill over a 10-month period, August through May, with June and July as reconciliation months. You get the security of being able to budget fixed monthly costs for all your fuel, tanks and equipment rentals, along with the added convenience of automated payment withdrawal.

Visa/M/C/Visa Debit: Either by phone or come on in to one of our offices (North Bay, Sudbury or Utterson) weekdays between 8:00am and 4:30pm.

Online Banking/Pre-Authorized: Moore Propane invoices can be paid online like other utilities at all major Canadian Banks and Credit Unions.

Cash, Cheque or Debit: Come in to any office (North Bay, Sudbury or Utterson) Weekdays between 8:00am and 4:30pm.
