Embark on your renovation journey with a quick, friendly phone call that will allow us to get acquainted and gather initial insights into your project, such as whether it is:

Before concluding the call, we'll set a time for an on-site consultation.

In order to fully understand your vision, we need to see the space you currently have and discuss your needs and dreams for it. This visit is completely tailored to your project's size and scope and typically takes 1-2 hours. It concludes with us taking measurements, so we can create our floor plans.

Once we have a clear sense of your space and vision for it, we craft preliminary floor plans and assemble an initial construction budget. This budget will provide a price range that reflects current material prices and our extensive building experience. We will share via email and then book a presentation meeting review the budget together and answer any questions you may have.

Once we decide to team up on your building project, we can dive into the exciting phase of material selection. This includes our personalized boutique experience that features scheduled visits to various suppliers, where you can touch, see, and feel the materials that will shape your new space. In between meetings, lunch is on us!

Depending on your project's specifics, we may also engage in architectural design, structural engineering, permit preparations, and interior design with 3D renderings during this stage, which culminates in a comprehensive, fixed estimate for your project.

Once all permits are secured, materials are in place, and your space is prepped, our skilled trade partners work their magic. Throughout the process, we keep you informed with daily and weekly progress reports. A pre-completion walk-through ensures every detail is perfected. Our cleaning crew adds the finishing touch, leaving your new space spotless. Finally, we hand back the canvas you lent us, as a fully finished masterpiece for you to use and enjoy for years to come.
