What We Do

Epoxy Flooring

Epoxy is a perfect choice to achieve decorative floor finishes that ensure durability and resistance to all kinds of damage. With solid, transparent, and metallic options, we can create unique colour combinations, including single-colour, blends, brindle patterns, and more! Unyielding epoxy surfaces are resistant to slips, shock, abrasion, and spills, including harsh chemicals that can damage most flooring materials.

Polyaspartic Flooring

Garage floors can lose their stability and traction due to heavy foot traffic and vehicle movement. Polyaspartic coating is abrasion-resistant and UV stable, providing robust protection against oil and grease, sunlight, and other external factors. The polyaspartic coating combats the common problem of discolouration and prevents the floor surface from turning yellow from exposure to sunlight.

Why Should You Upgrade Your Concrete Floors?

Low Maintenance

Concrete coatings are easy to clean and require minimal maintenance. They are resistant to stains and can be quickly wiped clean with a damp mop or a mild cleaning solution. This makes them a practical choice for areas that are subject to spills, stains, and heavy foot traffic.

Durability

Concrete coatings are highly durable and can withstand heavy traffic, impacts, abrasions, and chemical spills. They are ideal for industrial, commercial, and even residential use. They can also last longer than other types of flooring, reducing the need for frequent repairs and replacements.

Aesthetics

Concrete coatings come in a variety of colours and designs, making them a popular choice for enhancing the appearance of a space. They can be customized to fit any design theme, from sleek and modern to rustic and natural.

Our Process of Applying a Concrete Coating

Step 2: Repair

Any cracks or holes in the surface should be repaired using an epoxy filler. The filler should be applied and allowed to dry according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Step 4: Vinyl Chip Flake Broadcasting

Broadcasting vinyl chips to an epoxy floor is a common technique used to create a decorative, durable, and slip-resistant surface.

Step 6: Curing

The epoxy floor must be allowed to cure according to the manufacturer's instructions. This typically involves avoiding foot traffic and heavy loads on the floor for a certain amount of time.

Step 1: Preparation

The first step is to prepare the surface by cleaning and removing any debris, oil, or stains. This is usually done by using a floor grinder or shot blaster to create a rough surface for the epoxy to adhere to.

Step 3: Base Coat

Once the surface is prepared and repairs are complete, a base coat is applied to the surface. The base coat is usually a thin coat of epoxy that helps to bond the epoxy coating to the surface.

Step 5: Topcoat

After the vinyl chips have been scraped off and vacuumed, a clear topcoat is often applied to protect the epoxy coating and enhance its durability.
