2017
The year in which we added a medical touch to our spa by including acupuncture into our therapeutic sessions, allowing you to choose from a variety of treatments.
2015
This year, our goal was to make a great impression on our clients so that they would return more frequently. We added theme rooms to our spa, such as the Starry Sky experience, the Leafy Earth Room, the Aquatic Water Room, and the Ashy Fire Room.
2014
We launched cold laser and low level laser treatments which irradiate damaged or traumatized tissue with photons in 2014. With this treatment, the immune system is strengthened to the point where intuitive healing occurs.
2012
This year, Ideal Protein was added to our line of services, giving our clients more options for staying fit.
2008
We opened our doors to clients in 2008 with the goal of offering a premium ambience, great customer service, and expert beauty services.

Can I Wear Makeup During the Massage/Treatment?
It is best to wear as little as possible. If you are getting a facial, your makeup will be removed during the washing process.
Is It Necessary to Shave Before a Treatment?
Shaving before any body treatments or hair removal procedures is not advised.
What about My Valuables and Jewelry?
Please leave jewelry and valuables at home or in the locker provided if you plan on having several sessions. Anna's Spa & Wellness Centre is not liable for lost or stolen products.
What If I Have Particular Medical Needs?
When booking your sessions, please let us know if you have any medical conditions that we should be aware of, such as high blood pressure, allergies, physical limitations, or pregnancy.
Is There an Age Limit for Receiving Massages or Facials?
Yes. Individuals must be at least 18 years old to come solo for the treatment. A parent or guardian must sign the intake & consent form for children under the age of 18, and must be present throughout their treatment.
What Happens If I Arrive Late to My Appointment?
Your treatment's duration will be shortened if you arrive late, which will reduce both its efficacy and your enjoyment.
Are Gift Certificates Available?
Absolutely. At Anna's Spa & Wellness Centre, gift certificates can be bought for specific services or for amounts.
What About Tipping?
Gratuities and tips are not included in the price. Gratuities are optional and may be given in recognition of exceptional service. Gratuities are not included in gift certificates.
