One of the most important issues facing architects and engineers when it comes to repurposing older buildings or adding new infrastructure and equipment to an industrial site is having an accurate set of plans showing what is existing and how to create a new design that will mitigate rework during construction.

Similar to a topographic plan, yet more detailed with the use of 3D laser scan cloud information, we are able to render a 3D solid model of the following:

This information becomes invaluable during planning as it allows the designer to fully realize what is needed for proper routing or tie-ins to existing equipment as well as having the ability to visually measure between points.
