Inquiries
-
Do I have to buy a kit? How much is the kit?Every student at the Tattoo and Piercing School of Canada walks in on their first day to see a brand-new unused kit that is theirs to keep at the end of the class. Included in the kit are your tattoo pen machine, clip cord, power unit, needles, and a small bottle of black ink, all of which are included at no extra cost.
-
Do I currently need to be in school to attend? You do not have to be enrolled at any school to take our course. We accept anyone who has a want and a drive to learn more about this industry.
-
Do I get a license? In Canada, there is no license to tattoo or to pierce. What we provide upon completion of the course is a proof of training document. This document is proof of your graduation from our school and is a perfect addition to your portfolio.
-
Is this an advanced or expert class? No. The classes we offer, other than our refresher courses, are all grassroots and are structured towards individuals trying to enter the industry but don’t know where to start.
-
Do I get to keep the kit after the course?Yes! The kit you will be using throughout your course is yours to keep afterwards.
-
Will I need to supply my own models? No! In both our tattoo and piercing classes, human models are a vitally important part of the learning experience. You have the option of supplying your own models or having us supply them for you with no hidden fees.
-
How many people are in one class?Classes run with 1 - 4 people. However, we typically operate with only 3 students per class to better divide the experience.
-
What do I need to bring for my first day?The only things you will need for you class will be a pencil and notepad, a lock for a locker, and your lunch. Everything else is provided for you throughout your course.
-
How often do classes run?We run both the tattoo and the piercing classes once per week. Feel free to give us a call or send us an email to enquire about the next dates.
