Shipping Policies

Tracking numbers are sent out to the email and/or phone number provided during registration in the checkout portion.

All shipping and billing is submitted upon checkout so please ensure correct information is filled out. Once the shipping label has been created there cannot be an address change.

Tracking numbers are sent out within 1-2 days.

Kits are shipped within 1-2 days.

Kits are received within 3-7 business days within Canada and 4-10 business days in the US.
Training Policies

You will have 90-day access to the student portal, which includes all modules, theory, course materials, and videos. This 3-month period provides ample time to review and take notes, accommodating busy schedules and any unexpected situations that may arise. If you need additional time, this extension ensures you have the necessary flexibility.

Extensions are available for access to the student portal at an additional cost.
One week of access is $50. -
There is never any deadline on when you need to submit your work to become certified.

Refund policy
Due to the nature of what Lashes by K Academy offers, there is no return policy. If you have any issues please get in touch with me directly - Kaitlin at 905-715-3869 - kaitlingay@live.ca
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns.
Terms of service
Lashes by K Academy offers training that gives you immediate access to the student portal, allowing you to begin your course immediately.
The entire training is in module form and not live time. Everything is pre-recorded with reading, pictures and videos, and you will have me for additional support along the way. You will read the theory and watch the videos, start the activities so lash tile set up, practice on your mannequin head, practice volume fan making and then do a live model!
Since everything is pre-recorded, there are no specific dates! You can work at your own pace within the three months. There is no deadline for submitting your work to become certified. My support and mentoring!
