“We started the process in September with a request for a Kitchen Reno and to remove the popcorn ceiling. No problem we got a detailed quote with a start date in January - perfect. We had pretty detailed plans for the changes we wanted and so started the journey to the sub-suppliers to make our final choices. We also started working with Superior Cabinets, where our ideas where challenged in a great way that allowed us to make better choices. Truly a superior experience. In November we asked if the Poly-B could be completely removed from the house. This did result in a separate quote but the work could be done concurrently with the kitchen reno. So work started as scheduled in January and was completed ahead of schedule. great care was taken to ensure the house was not damaged in the process and that the oak floor we kept was safe. In replacing the Poly-B, all but 2 rooms in the house had sections of wall board cut out of the walls and/or ceiling. When everything was back together you could not tell that anything was cut open, it is perfectly restored and nothing leaked. The kitchen cabinets and counter top fit perfectly and exceeded our expectations in functionality. This was an exceptional experience delivered by the expert craftsmen of Bond Construction. Needless to say, we will return to Bond for any further reno work.”
