Providing All Your Underground Sewer Needs
Hydro Excavation & Sewer Flushing
Our Vactor 2100 Series Combination Sewer Cleaners have both high-pressure cleaning and hydro excavation capabilities. The vactor units are equipped with up to 180 metres (600 feet) of 12.5 millimetres (0.5 inch) and 25 millimetres (1.0 inch) diameter hose.
These hydro-vac units can safely expose buried services by hydro excavation, high-pressure water and high vacuum. This technology saves time and money over conventional excavation methods.
Closed Circuit Television Inspections
Our CCTV units are able to inspect pipes from 75 millimetres (3 inches) to greater than 1,200 millimetres (4 feet) in diameter. We have units equipped with fixed and pan and tilt inspection cameras, as well as large diameter wheeled transporters.
These inspections help to identify pipe defects, such as collapsed or broken pipes and to verify repairs. Written reports include digital video and digital data for each inspection. These reports can also be provided via a downloadable link or portable USB drives.
Infrastructure Maintenance & Repairs
Bob Robinson & Son Construction has extensive experience in residential, commercial and institutional sanitary and storm sewer installation, maintenance and repair, water service installation, ground maintenance, and landfill maintenance work.
Bob Robinson & Son Construction can also assist in the preparation of infrastructure maintenance protocols and procedures. Progress program reports can be prepared as part of the maintenance protocol.
Manhole Inspections
Bob Robinson & Son Construction provides top-of-the-line manhole inspections that will aid in decision making for repairs, maintenance and replacement. These inspections are being quickly adopted by organizations and municipalities all across Ontario.
We have completed both Level 1 and Level 2 inspections for multiple contractors as well as for municipalities all across Southern Ontario.
Geographical Information Services (GIS)
With our in-house GIS specialist, we are able to aid in the preparation, creation, maintenance, and updating of GIS systems for both organizations and municipalities. With the collection of GPS points in the field and data from manhole inspections and PACP inspections, we are able to compile a fully functional GIS system for various analyses and decision-making purposes.
Locate Services
We work with large organizations to provide Sewer Locate services and work with all cities and towns within the region to ensure safe snaking, operation, digging, and maintenance of all sanitary and storm sewer systems. Through this, we also provide RootX to residential clients that require it as well as snaking services.
